This project involves the creation of a comprehensive logistics management application for a medium-sized logistics company operating over 50 vehicles. The aim was to digitize operations and consolidate various communication channels - calls, emails, WhatsApp messages - into a single, unified platform.

The system features three levels of access (Administration, Mechanics, Drivers) and offers functionalities such as voyage creation, automated container logging, advanced trip planning, and real-time driver data within the EU. The implementation resulted in increased operational efficiency, reduced manual workload, and improved communication across all departments.
