What we build

01

Mobile development

Custom iOS and Android apps for operations, customers and internal teams. Native where the app has to feel like part of the phone, cross-platform where the same product has to exist twice without being built twice.

A glass pointer, as if about to tap a screen

In practice

  • Consumer-facing apps that have to survive an app store review and a one-star review alike.
  • Operations apps for people who are standing up, wearing gloves, or holding a scanner in the other hand.
  • Apps that keep working when the connection does not, and reconcile when it comes back.
  • Integration with the systems a business already runs, rather than a parallel island of data.

When it is the right choice

When the work genuinely happens away from a desk. A phone in a warehouse, a van or a shop floor earns its place; a phone used to read a dashboard once a week usually does not, and a web page would serve better.

We will say so when that is the case. It is a shorter project and a happier client than building an app nobody opens.

Delivered

  • AppLine: an AI-powered calorie and health tracker for everyday users.
  • AI Shift management tool: booking, exchange and release flows for call-centre rotas.

02

RPA and process automation

Software that operates your existing applications the way a person would, clicking through screens and moving data between systems, without those systems having to be replaced or rewritten.

Glass rings turning inside one another, like a mechanism that repeats

In practice

  • Work that moves between a spreadsheet, an email and a business system.
  • Reports that someone assembles by hand on the same day of every month.
  • Configuration and data-entry tasks in systems that offer no API to integrate with properly.
  • One-off migrations where the volume makes a person impractical and a proper integration uneconomic.

When it is the right choice

When a task is repetitive and rule-based, and especially when the systems involved have no interface to integrate through. That last case is where RPA stops being a shortcut and becomes the only sensible route.

It is the wrong choice when a real integration exists and is affordable. A robot driving a screen is always more fragile than an API call, and we would rather tell you that at the start.

Built with UiPath C#

Delivered

  • Horizon RPA Automation: a configuration task at Visma that could only be done through the interface, automated end to end.

03

Executive support apps

Focused apps and dashboards that let the people running a business see what is actually happening, in time to do something about it. Usually the answer to a question that is currently answered by asking four people.

A glass sphere settled into a glass base, a single thing in its place

In practice

  • Real-time visibility across a process that currently reports itself at the end of the week.
  • Fleet, production and fulfilment tracking, with the state of each job visible rather than reconstructed.
  • Automated ordering and scheduling triggered by what the data says, not by somebody remembering.
  • One number that several departments agree on, which is usually the hardest part and the whole point.

When it is the right choice

When decisions are being made on figures that are days old, or when the same question gets asked in a meeting every week. That meeting is normally the symptom of a missing screen.

It is the wrong choice when the underlying data does not exist yet. A dashboard over missing data is a very expensive way of discovering it is missing, so that work comes first.

Technologies

What we build with

A short list on purpose. These are the tools we use often enough to be genuinely good with, rather than every technology anyone here has touched once.

  • Swift

Native iOS, where the app has to feel like part of the phone.

  • Flutter

One codebase for iOS and Android when both have to exist.

  • Firebase

Authentication, sync and notifications without running a server for it.

  • C#

Business logic, integrations and the services behind a dashboard.

  • Azure

Hosting, identity and the pipeline that deploys it.

  • UiPath

Robotic process automation, including systems with no API.

  • PrestaShop

E-commerce, where fulfilment has to reach the shop floor.

Working in Latvian, English and Russian, from Riga, with clients worldwide.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the first conversation is for, and it is the one part of the process that costs nothing. Projects start from €15,000.
